The digital Literacy Trainer’s activities include building training skills addressed for beneficiaries (men, women and children) on using the computer system and Microsoft office. The trainer is required to coordinate with the project manager to support the training skills activities combining the needs and the materials.

The Content Management Officer is a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web/Social media content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design, video production and site management.
The content management officer will be responsible developing the voice for all aspects of the platform online presence. In addition to writing, editing, producing and proofreading platform content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain platform standards with regard to new development.

The Human Resources officer supports the operations of the organization by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit: organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development, retention and succession planning

Livelihood counselling is an approach that includes career guidance services and activities intended to assist individuals, male and female, of any age and at any point throughout their lives, to make tailored and appropriate educational, training and occupational choices and to manage their careers.

As a member of the Livelihoods team, the Livelihoods Officer under the supervision of the Program Manager will oversee on the implementation of the Livelihood programmes in Akkar, and support programme assessment and design.

He/she will ensure that the Livelihood intervention is of the highest technical quality, that monitoring processes are in place, that
reporting is high-quality and timely, and that the programme is continually assessed and solutions quickly put in place for any
changes in local context.

The Foundational Skills facilitator (FS Facilitator) will be delivering the foundational skills curriculum in Akkarouna learning centers. The FS program targets youths aged between 15-24 years old who haven’t enrolled in formal education or are out-of-school for a period of more than 3 years and who lack the basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Communication Officer will be working under Akkarouna's ,following up on all communication and content development as per plan

Under the supervision of the direct line manager, the field officer will be in charge of the needs’ assessment, the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the distribution of Water and Desludging activities in Informal settlements of Syrian refugees and surrounding host communities.
