About the project

Adyan operates several social media pages representing both the Adyan brand and its subsidiary projects. Currently, the main Adyan pages effectively share updates on projects and events, establishing a solid online presence. To maximize our impact, we aim to enhance the promotion of Adyan's narrative and overarching story.

To address this, we seek proposals for a comprehensive social media management strategy. This strategy should include balanced content calendars that not only present information about ongoing projects but also highlight Adyan's key stories in an engaging manner. The goal is to create a cohesive narrative that supports Adyan's overall mission while actively engaging our audience.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will develop content for six monthly themed calendars that proactively communicate Adyan's narrative and key topics over a period of six months. The strategy should ensure a coherent and impactful messaging approach while revitalizing existing Adyan content.

Content should be engaging and go beyond standard posting practices, incorporating diverse formats such as polls, quizzes, social experiments, vox pops, and other innovative concepts to enhance audience interaction.

The agency is also expected to leverage Adyan's extended digital footprint by utilizing existing social media pages, databases, and other resources to maximize reach and engagement.

Agencies must present detailed concepts for content strategies that align with these objectives. Additionally, they should define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of their strategies and provide regular reports on engagement metrics.

Collaboration with Adyan team for content approval and feedback. The agency will also be responsible for developing a crisis communication strategy and may include training sessions for Adyan staff on effective social media management.
