Supervising the nursing staff
Overseeing the department budget
Reporting to the higher Manager
Maintaing high standards of care for all patients
Managing the patient data and medical records
Communicating with the interdisciplinary team
Training, Following and evaluating the new nursing staff
Develops and implement the department goals and objectives that support the hospital strategic plan
Conducts regularly scheduled staff meretings to communicate the nursing issues
Plans, directs and coordinates the efforts of the units personnel to ensure the appropiate use of resources in providing services to all patients
Conduct the employee yearly performance evaluations
Adhere to rahma hospital policies and procedures and keep it up to date
Maintain excellent patient satisfaction results
Participate to securing a healthy and positive work environment for all nurses
Create safe environment for all staff
Perform other duties as assigned
