We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Communication Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy and communicate project’s results and achievements in the best way.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Develop high-impact social media content including graphics, videos and other multimedia formats that effectively informs and engages external audiences
- Collect and analyze social media metrics to gauge reach, engagement and other performance measures for social media posts, accounts and campaign
- Monitor and moderate comments on social media posts, intervening as appropriate to answer questions and guide the conversation.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Make sure that all social media channels are in-line with the same strategy
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Experience in producing, editing and disseminating multimedia content
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan and execute ideas
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Basic photography skills
- Flexibility to go on field
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and team work
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office essential; Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro an asset)
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
