Partnership Finance Officer

Objective 1: Supports and monitors all the administrative and financial matters associated with the Partners in Lebanon or Outside Lebanon under the supervision of the Country Finance Manager;
- Follow up with Partners MOUs and amendments and up-date the financial part
- Create and develop partners capacity building for financial management with regular partners visit
- Support the partners in creating an internal control tools for the partner to facilitate their work in case its not available like bank and cash reconciliation
- Support in developing procurement tools for the partners’ purchases
- Ensuring all the supporting documents are relevant to the financial reports, available and clear
- Follow up regularly on partners tracking tools and ensuring partners accountability with a written report to the higher management
- Partners assessment and progress reports
- Partners budget follow up and report any under spending or over spending
Objective 2: Verification of the financial and administrative data and consolidation of the monthly accountancy and budget follow ups.
- Should be aware of TDH implementing projects to provide support for the finance team in case needed
- Ensuring proper data entry and partners’ accounts reconciliations in TDH-IT accountancy system
Objective 3: Ensures compliance with all TDH procedures, donor procedures and all laws of the Country;
- Making sure that partners are in line with TDH and several donors’(UNICEF, EU, AICS, UNOCHA) rules & regulations.
- Close follow up on Partners’ NSSF & Income Tax payment methods and supporting documentations.
Objective 5: Reports, Capitalization and Communication
- Ensures proper archiving and scanning of financial agreements, amendments, reports and all correspondence with donors;
- Spot check visits to our Partners’ Premises to check the original documentations
- Assist the Finance team in the preparation of audit inquiries and requests for financial information
And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your manager.
