The Senior Grants and Procurement Manager implements and monitors the issuance of grants and procurements under the ARE project. The manager will oversee and supervise the grants assistant and the Grants Managers who support the Regional Business Portfolio Managers and Business Development Officer to design and effectively implement rapid technical assistance interventions. The manager will lead interventions related to grants and subcontract solicitation, selection, and implementation, and will develop controls for tracking expenditures and use of funds to build the capacity of local grantees

URPOSE OF POSITION

The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator is responsible to manage a functional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system and structure for the priority sectors in World Vision Lebanon, while providing technical guidance to the MEL coordinators supporting these sectors. The role is expected as well to build staff capacity on MEL-related requirements, principles and standards and to provide guidance to the relevant sectoral programmes and operations teams in designing, monitoring and learning, as well as supports World Vision

The Program Coordinator’s role is to support the Sr. Director of Field Operations in achieving
UPA’s goals and objectives by serving as the primary point of contact for UPA partner
organizations in Lebanon, providing support to UPA-led programs as needed, and performing
miscellaneous tasks as assigned. The program coordinator will work under the general
supervision of the Sr. Director of Field Operations and in close coordination with other UPA staff.
