L’IECD et Semeurs d’Avenir souhaitent recruter un(e) chef(fe) de projet développement informatique. The Procurement / Logistics Officer will report to the Program Manager and join a team working on a project that support MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Beirut area.
The Project will address some of the challenges facing MSMEs to enable them to restore possible remaining damage, replace lost assets and acquire new knowledge and tools to promote, regain and expand their market share.

The Supply Chain Health Officer as an integral member of the Supply Chain and Health Units and holds primary responsibility for medical related procurement and warehouse management. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing the IRC Pharmaceutical inventory policies with regard to all project items including cycle count, reporting discrepancies, pharmaceutical quality assurance as well as cold chain policies where applicable.
