World Vision intends to award contracts that seek the services of professional contractors for the rehabilitation of Damaged Houses and communal buildings in south and bekaa.

Letter of Interest should include following information:

Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is December 09, 2024 12:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline of Submission offers is December 11, 2024.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by December 04, 2024, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is December 11, 2024 8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.

No Price Negotiation: Please note that this tender follows a "best and final offer" (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline

Implementation Upon Funding Availability: Please note that the execution of this tender, 'Rehabilitation for Damaged Houses and Communal Buildings in South, BML, and Bekaa,' is contingent upon the availability of funding. We will proceed with the implementation as soon as the necessary funding is secured.

Project might be divided into several LOTs, and different bidders might be awarded one or more LOTs.
