World Vision Lebanon is looking to purchase Winterization items for RCs.

More Detailed information about the Tender will be shared with Tender Documentation to interested Companies/Consultants.

All National Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address [email protected], to receive the Tender Documentation.

The letter of Interest should include the following information:

  • 2943389 I WVL I Call for Tender Winterization items for RCs.
  • Name of Company.
  • Contact Information: Contact Person, Telephone, Mobile & Email.

The deadline for the submission of a Letter of Interest is October 17, 2023, 12:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline for Submission offers is October 20, 2023, and provide samples before October 20, 2023 (samples are mandatory)

Please note:

  • Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for Tender Participation.
  • Any submission of a Letter of Interest after the deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.
  • Any Offer received without a sample will be rejected.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through the WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by October 06, 2023, since the deadline for offers submission via the online system is October 20, 2023, 8:00 pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submissions will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.
VAT will be paid in LBP to vendors based on the official exchange rate published by the government
