World Vision Lebanon is looking for consultant to provide " Consultancy for Baalbeck & Hermel AP TP Baseline Assessment ".

The main purpose of the TP baseline is to establish a baseline assessment of key issues and indicators in in North Bekaa among the Lebanese population across the two WVL APs: Baalbeck and Hermel.

WVL aims to provide clear evidence of progress on the status of children's well-being before and after the implementation of WVL's Baalbeck and Hermel TP interventions and that of its partners. To achieve this, specific objectives are outlined below:

•             To have baseline measurements of key indicators and assumptions in order to establish benchmarks and targets for the indicators.

•             Assess communities’ preparedness to respond to disasters  

•             Assess the different types of intervention among the community

•             To strengthen WV Lebanon’s M&E systems and its accountability to all its key stakeholders (communities, children, donors, supporters, partners and government)

•             To link the baseline results to the technical program’s theory of change (ToC) and provide suggestion for its relevance
