Can’t Wait to Learn (CWTL) introduces new cost-effective solutions to the serious challenges children face by accessing quality education in emergencies through the development of innovative personalized learning solutions with a focus on serious gaming. To date, CWTL has been implemented in Sudan, Lebanon, South Sudan, Jordan, Chad, Uganda, and Ukraine. CWTL has been proven in all contexts (pending Ukraine) in which it has been used to significantly improve and accelerate children’s learning of foundational literacy and numeracy skills. Can’t Wait to Learn is a digital, curriculum-based, context-specific learning application for education in emergency offering numeracy and reading curricula for primary grades 1, 2, and 3. Accessed on dedicated, preloaded tablets, CWTL offers children a digital, self-guided education game adapted to context to support motivation and active self-paced learning.
