Key Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data of impact retrieved from volunteers, organizations, and partners.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Report and visualize Key Impact Performance Indicators and metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns in data and develop strategies to address any issues or opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Utilize talent management systems to match skilled volunteers with relevant jobs.
- Work closely with partner organizations to ensure successful volunteer placements.
- Ensure positive experiences for both volunteers and partner organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer placements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of programs and initiatives that drive impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of impact assessment and evaluation methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience in talent management or recruitment is a plus.
