HIGHLIGHTS
- Prime Minister Nawaf Salam formed new Government on 8 February 2025.
- Military operations continued to impact civilians ahead of 18 February extended cessation of hostilities deadline.
- 56 civilians killed since the cessation of hostilities on 27 November 2024 (source: OHCHR).
- 918,769 people displaced within Lebanon back in their cadaster of origin while 115,234 people remain displaced outside their cadaster of origin as of 12 February (source: IOM)
