UNION VINICOLE DU LIBAN

The Union Vinicole du Liban (UVL), the country’s association of wine producers was founded in 1997 at a time there were in Lebanon 5 producers only who consulted prior to the foundation of the Union on regular basis.
The objective of the UVL is to consolidate and develop Lebanon’s image as a wine producing country by highlighting its proud history, promoting its potential. It applies a policy defined by best practice, enduring partnerships, consistency and a desire to deliver a quality product to suit all budgets and tastes.

The UVL could achieve what a winery alone is unable to achieve: having a Lebanese pavilion in well-known exhibitions in the world, enhances the visibility and exposure of Lebanese wine to regional and international markets and high caliber exhibitions.
