Call for Trainers: Rainmakers Program, An empowerment and Market Readiness Program

Rainmakers is an empowerment and market readiness program powered by Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club that helps senior university students and fresh graduates by providing them with technical, business and essential training and then matches them with startups and companies working in the ICT sector in North Lebanon through an internship program to kick-start their professional journey.

Call for Trainers who are able to give a 2-month online training for graduates in one of the below technical/business skills: 

• UX/UI
• Digital Marketing 
• Web/App Development 
• Business Development 
• Sales & Marketing 
• AI & Machine Learning 
• Software Engineering 
• Accounting and Finance 
• Human Resources 

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assistance will range between hands-on support, training sessions and workshops. Trainers are expected to:

Work on a curriculum content/outline of the training they suggest that will be given online to participants over 2-months 

Develop tools, review and evaluate assignments completed by participants

Ensure effective communication with the project coordinator and keep him/her posted on the progress of the training using a written document.

Required competencies:

The trainer is expected to have the following skills:

Competency in delivering hands-on-support

Experience in training and teaching

Positive attitude and very strong communication skills

Excellent presentation skills
