Call for Trainers and Experts: Shaping Tripoli, A Social Entrepreneurship Program

As part of the NAWAT consortium, Shaping Tripoli is a two-months program dedicated to offer business support to existing and new social enterprises in Tripoli and North Lebanon.

 

Entities are involved in:

Fashion and Textile Industry

Education

Handcrafts

Food and Beverage

Agriculture

Environment

Tourism

 

 

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assistance will range between hands-on support, training sessions and workshops. Trainers are expected to:

Create content and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Develop, review and evaluate assignments completed by participants

Ensure effective communication with the project coordinator and keep him/her posted on the progress of the training using a written document.

Required competencies

The instructor is expected to have the following skills:

Competency in delivering hands-on-support

Experience in training and teaching

Positive attitude and very strong communication skills

Excellent presentation skills
