A reputable institution in Beirut is seeking to hire a Recruitment Specialist.

How your day will look like:

Main Duties are but not limited:

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and seniority levels
  • Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of outreaching to job seekers and employers
  • Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Has a strong profile on LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluent in English and Good in French
  • Team spirit and high emotional intelligence
  • Strong network of employers and HR professionals
  • Passionate about Recruitment and has Social Responsibility
