Tafaol Association is a civil society organization that was initially established as a spontaneous initiative in 2017 from a group of ambitious and promising youth to a better and more developed society at all levels. Tafaol is considered as a part of the society.
Tafaol Association believes that humanitarian work and civic work must always strive to achieve social justice, and therefore it aims to work with individuals and societies through comprehensive interventions towards a society based on democracy, pluralism, citizenship values, and human rights

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Follow the prescription of the Doctor in charge.

• Respect the hierarchy and not take any initiative in changing medications or injecting IV without referring to the Doctor first.

• Communicate and share, clearly and objectively, all information related to the residents with the nursing and administrative staff, in writing and on a daily basis.

• Be responsible for the nursing staff and the residents.

• Participating in weekly multi-disciplinary meetings and monthly administrative meetings.

• Ensure professional and medical confidentiality is respected at all times.

• To ensure that medical equipment is properly operated and maintained.

• Support the referral of patients who require specialized/secondary medical treatment. Collect pertinent information and provide appropriate actions for patients who are seeking emergency care.
