Tender Notice (3989/1) for the Rehabilitation project for Al-Shumaitiya town water pumping station and a project to rehabilitate and extend a water supply pipeline with all its accessories in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor Governorate.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) would like to invite reputed, qualified suppliers and manufacturers, to make a firm offer for the Rehabilitation project for Al-Shumaitiya town water pumping station and a project to rehabilitate and extend a water supply pipeline with all its accessories in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor Governorate.

How to apply

Please confirm your interest to participate in the tender through email (the email should include the reference number in the subject line) to  [email protected] with copy to [email protected] .  Any enquiries regarding the tenders should be addressed to [email protected] addresses by 22nd October 2020. Responses to the enquiries will be circulated to all bidders who will have confirmed their interest to participate.

Site visit Date will be on Monday 19th October 2020, interested bidders will be contacted on Sunday 18th October via phone to have a site visit to the mentioned locations for one time only. 

Deadline for submission of offer: Tuesday 27th October 2020, 14:00 (Damascus Local Time).

Mandatory requirements:

  • Interested bidders are required to confirm their interest in participating in the tender through email, failing to commit will result in an automatic rejection of the submitted offer. 
  • Interested bidders are also required to provide their phone numbers in the (interest in participating) email.

 

Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.

SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
