Tender package for participants who confirmed their interest to participate in the tender can be requested by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject: SARC Tender Notice 124/23_ Rehabilitation & Organizing the Election site of SARC Qudsayah Warehouses In Rural Damascus" Project. during working days and hours (Days from: Sunday to Thursday – Time from: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Syria Time)).
Taking into consideration that offers from entities that did not confirm their interest for participation in the tender and didn’t request tender package will not be eligible to submit offers.
Site visit Date will be on Monday 25th of September 2023, interested bidders will be contacted on Sunday 24th of September 2023 via phone to have a site visit to the mentioned location for one time only.
Requirements:
- Interested bidders are required to provide their phone numbers in the "interest in participating" email.
Deadline for submission of offer: Thursday 5th of October 2023, 14:00 (Damascus Local Time)
Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.
SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
