Procurement of Tablets and Earphones for Emergency Response SOS Children's Villages in Lebanon

In response to the ongoing conflict, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon has launched an Emergency Response project to ensure the safety and well-being of children, families, and communities affected by the crisis. The disruption of the educational system has left many children without access to formal learning, making it crucial to provide tools that enable continued education and communication. As part of this initiative, SOS Lebanon invites suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of 60 tablets and earphones to support remote learning and ensure uninterrupted education for children during this emergency.

Qualifications and Requirements
We need the following equipment to meet the specifications below:
Tablets:
• Screen size: 10 inches
• Storage capacity: 64 GB
• RAM: 4 GB
• Operating system: Latest Android version or equivalent
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled
• Warranty of at least 1 year
• For the supply of tablets, it is preferable that the following brands are considered: Samsung, Lenovo, and Black-View. Vendors are encouraged to provide proposals featuring these brands to meet the required performance standards.
• Expected delivery date: within 10 days of contract signing
Earphones:
• Standard in-ear or over-ear headphones
• Built-in microphone
• Compatible with tablets (3.5mm jack or Bluetooth)
• Warranty of at least 6 months
