Solidarités International (SI) is a non-governmental organization committed to providing universal access to drinking water and sanitation, SI is there to help people hit by war, epidemics and natural disasters. In Lebanon, its work aims to support the refugees and local population in deprived situation.
SI is currently improving its information management capacities. In its Lebanese mission, data structures and channels, as well as roles and responsibilities have been redefined in a quite innovative way in the past 3 years through its Information Management department.
This department aims at improving the overall humanitarian impact of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Lebanon but on a larger scale of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in all its mission and the humanitarian community in general, with a direct and tangible impact for the population suffering from humanitarian crisis.
One of our most recent innovation is the use of a WhatsApp Bot to bridge the beneficiaries in needs of assistance with humanitarian services providers. It works like an automated voice mail but using WhatsApp. This new tool, called SOLIS Bot, helps replacing face-to-face interaction when it is not possible like in times of pandemics. It keeps a communication channel for people in distress.

TECHNICAL CONTEXT
In order to support our digital communication plan we are seeking for professional support in the production of short field videos to promote the project. The scope of each video will be detailed with the selected supplier.
Our ideal candidate is a professional, skilled and imaginative videographer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you.

Experience and Qualifications
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Final cut, AVID or similar
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking/reading/writing)

TASKS REQUESTED
• Understand the field work of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL, our digital innovation projects, brand identity and values and translate them into emotions through videos.
• Design scenarios to communicate on our projects
• Implement feedback and changes when appropriate

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
• Short reportage style videos (between 1:30 and 3:00 minutes) showcasing the work done in the field as well as having a couple of interviews with team members.
o Add subtitles to the video
o Add non-copyright music in the background
o Follow Solidarités International’s graphic charter in case of use of colors and animation
o Insert Solidarités International’s logo (and donor logos) at the end of the video
• Change and/or edit requests on the video twice if necessary.
All deliverables should be submitted in formats of MP4.
