Invitation to Bid: Supply Packaging and Delivery of School Snacks in the Governorates of South El Nabatieh and Mount Lebanon

Ineterested Bidders are required to download the attached documents as follows:

1. ITB 01 - Supply Packaging and Delivery of School Snacks in the Governorates of South El Nabatieh and Mount Lebanon

2. ANNEX ONE :List of Schools, Locations, and Expected Student Enrollment

3. ANNEX TWO: Schools Snack Calendar

4. ANNEX THREE: Financial Proposal

5. ANNEX FOUR: School Feeding Product Description for Schools

Interested Bidders are requested to send a letter of interest to the e-mail provided in the attached ITB no later than Wednesday the 25th of September 2024.

The letter of interested should indicated on which item or items the bidder intends to provide and supply.

1.Supply of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Including Packing (Kitting), and Delivery Services for Schools

2.UHT Milk

3.Peanuts, Mixed Nuts and Dried Fruit Snack Packs

4. Apple Chip Snack Packs

5. Snack Bags

Bidders must provide two envelopes;

1. One Technical (Containing all the documents listed in Section Seven of the ITB

2. One Financial (Containing the Financial offer and ANNEX THREE if the bidder is offering to provide the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Including Packing (Kitting), and Delivery Services for Schools)

• Both technical and financial envelopes are to be in one big envelope
• Samples of the commodities they are applying to are highly recommended in order to evaluate more accurately

SHEILD will hold an online pre-bid meeting and invite interested bidders before the deadline for submissions
