Grant and Proposal Writer

We are looking for an intelligent candidate to create and follow up donors’ proposals and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong linguistic skills and previous experience in proposal writing. He/she will coordinate with team members to deliver the needed outputs on time.

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedule: Full time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Search for grants and tenders

• Write coherent, organized and compelling proposals

• Apply knowledge of fundraising methods and plans to reach income goals

• Collaborate with team members in the organization

• Follow up with donors and stakeholders to track submitted reports/proposals

• Maintain an updated calendar and respect deadlines

• Insure that proposals and reports are drafted according to donors guidelines and formats

Job qualifications:

• Good experience in proposal writing in excellent English, donor rule, coordination of processes

• Previous experience in a similar position and/or in the humanitarian field of at least 4 years

• Excellent writing skills are required for this position

• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
