Request for Offers Office Space in Beirut

Purpose of Assignment  

Search Lebanon is looking for new office space in Beirut.

Specifications of Office Space Required

Office space of approximately 400 sqm in any of these areas between of Beirut: Achrafieh, Badaro, Furn al Chebak, Sin El fil, to be its country office in Lebanon. The space offered must have the following:   

• At least 12 office/rooms;
• A meeting room;  
• At least four toilets; 
• At least one kitchen;
• At least two parking bays/spaces;
• Some open space (approx. 50 sqm)
