We are searching for…

A trainer specialized in dialogue, facilitation and mentoring who will take the lead on organizing one on one online coaching sessions for agents of change for the Selat Wasel (II) project funded by the European Union and the General Federal Foreign office through GIZ.

Your contribution

The roles and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Organize and conduct a maximum of 9 online coaching sessions to provide technical support and expertise that the project team can use in the implementation of activities.

 

A. Plan and conduct customized online sessions for the project teams to follow up on the implementation of the networking meetings and support in the planning for the upcoming meetings;

 

B. Responsible of preparing training material for each of the coaching sessions based on the needs of the teams in terms of capacities to run purposeful and impactful networking meetings;

 

C. Responsible of providing support in the agenda drafting for the networking meetings to ensure qualitative results and a Do No Harm approach throughout the implementation of the said activity;

 

D. Responsible for the management and reporting on the coaching sessions to track the progress of participants, and capture  changes, challenges, and lessons learnt throughout the implementation of the networking meetings;

 

E. Responsible of the monitoring and evaluation of the coaching sessions ensuring capturing successes, change, and lessons learnt throughout the implementation of the networking meetings;

 

F. Delivering activity reports based on Search’s template and requirements;

You are…

Search Lebanon seeks an experienced trainer with the following qualifications:

 

●    Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, including organizing coaching sessions on conflict transformation

●    Experience in organizing and managing online coaching is required

●    Candidates should be highly aware of the overall security situation and community dynamics in Syria

●    University academic background required

●    Previous experience working with an international organization is an advantage

●    Fluency in English considered an advantage

●    Peacebuilding values and attitudes: a personal commitment to use nonviolence and dialogue as effective methods to prevent and resolve daily problems

●    Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

●    Strong oral and written communications skills

●    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

●    Capacity to empathize with others

●    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and social media platforms

●    Creative problem solving, particularly in challenging situations

●    Good communications and reporting skills
