Car rental LTA tender

SFCG seeking to have a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for:

Car rental Supply Company including:

• Company documents ( Business registration / commercial registry / tax registration )
• Contact person
• Business references 3 customers ( minimum 2 NGOs )
• Singed and stamped price quotation as per the request (reflect TVA in the quotation)

Request:

• Monthly car rental of a 2x4 sedan vehicle
• Monthly car rental of a 4x4 vehicle
• Insurance coverage
• Maintenance terms and coverage
• Accidents franchise and replacement car provision
• Scratch and dent charging policy (size / rate)

All offered vehicles should be:

• Economic fuel consumption vehicles , 4 cylinder (  2x4 or 4x4 )
• Equipped with minimum 2 airbags ,
• Equipped with road safety tools as requested by the Lebanese traffic law  (1^st aid kit , reflective vest , warning triangle , small tool kit )
• Equipped with GPS , giving Search access to the system
• Have valid insurance policy ( third party and obligatory )
• All traffic fees are paid and covered
