The Opportunity

The Helpline Assistant is responsible for managing SCI helpline number by receiving complaints and feedback calls.  The Helpline Assistant is also responsible to log the detailed notes of each call and track all calls’ details in the complaints and feedback database and close the feedback loop. 

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

  • Holding a university degree related to Data collection, analysis, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic and English
  • At least one year of professional experience in data and monitoring
  • Humanitarian working experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge on social assistance and vulnerability is an asset.
  • Professional experience in data and monitoring
  • Professional working experience using digital platforms (Excel; Online applications)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent computer skills; knowledge in excel is mandatory.
