Public Auction for 3 Used Vehicles
AUCTION NOTICE FOR THREE USED VEHICLES
Save the Children International Lebanon Office is offering three used vehicles for sale through a closed bidding process. The vehicles are located at Hazmieh, Pichet Street, Lebanon. Interested bidders are invited to participate by following the steps below:
Vehicle Details:
- Vehicle 1: Nissan X Trail 4x4, Model 2014, Good Condition, Used, Millage: 253,246 KM
- Vehicle 2: Hyundai Tucson 4x4 Model 2015, Good Condition, Used, Millage: 167,769 KM
- Vehicle 3: Kia RIO model 2014 Model 2014, Good Condition, Used, Millage: 110,000 KM
Inspection Dates:
- March 24, 2025 (between 1:00 PM to 04:00 PM) – Beirut local time
- March 25, 2025 (between 1:00 PM to 04:00 PM) – Beirut local time
Prospective bidders may schedule a visit to inspect the vehicles on the above dates by emailing lebanon.tenders@savethechildren.org to express interest and book a slot, also bidders may request for vehicle’s pictures via the same email address.
How to apply
Submission of Offers:
Bids must be submitted by one of the following methods:
- Email to leb.procurement@savethechildren.org
- Hardcopy in a sealed envelope delivered to Save the Children Int. Leb Head Office, Pichet Street, Hazmieh, Beirut.
Requirements for Submission:
- A copy of the bidder’s ID
- A written offer
- Signed acceptance of Save the Children Int. policies and procedures (available upon request via email)
Deadline for Submission:
- All offers must be received by March 28, 2025 (04:00 PM). Late submissions will not be considered.
Awarding Process:
- The bidder who submits the highest offer for each vehicle will be awarded the vehicle.
Important Notes:
- It is mandatory to register the vehicles upon winning
- Notary Public Sales (وكالة بيع) are not accepted.
- The vehicle will be handed over to the winning bidder only upon finalizing the official registration documents
