 Adhere to SAMS policies, guidance, and procedures.

Lead the development of MEAL systems, including procedures, guidelines, procedures, and tools.

Advise management on MEAL solutions/options in the design of staffing, resourcing and budgeting, and priorities for the programs.

Participate in programme design and proposal discussions, including theory of change development and log frame design.

Support in planning for and executing MEAL activities, including, data collection methodologies and tools; and data management, analysis and use.

Lead on designing, reviewing and implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools for learning and improvement.

Support the implementation, dissemination and use of evaluations and assessments; and also in monitoring data in programme development, adjustment, or review.

Contribute to organizational learning through supporting specific analysis, lessons learned, and reports.

Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing between the related departments on related matters.

Oversee and be responsible of mainstreaming protection guidelines in SAMS Lebanon related activities as per SAMS’ Protection mainstreaming guidelines and ensure that all breaches/concerns reported are properly resolved.

Design and develop methodologies relate to evaluation and capitalization of lessons learned, accountability and reporting.

Provide ongoing analysis and concrete recommendations to improve accountability to beneficiaries.

Conduct regular field visits in coordination with the field teams to ensure proper compliance with the MEAL requirements and systems and to provide support where needed.

Process other related duties as assigned by the Country Director.
