Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and fill Social individual files for beneficiaries
- Participate in the yearly participatory diagnosis
- Prepare and update database on health, social and educational status of beneficiaries
- Register beneficiaries and orient them to programs
- Coordinate with outreach unit and community centers
- Follow up on beneficiary’s status
- Execute Social interventions on group community level
- Follow up the beneficiaries in training classes
- Attend periodic meetings with team members
- Monitor the attitude of trainers with trainees
- Participate in the evaluation of the Unit specific objectives and achievements
- Propose constantly activities with beneficiaries upon area needs assessment
- Submit bi-weekly reports to the MEAL team
- Participate in different training sessions executed within the Unit
- Draft the annual report of her/is activities
- Others tasks f assigned by the head of unit or MEAL team

Required Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or any related field
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years in Social intervention

- Strong knowledge in interventions
- Strong Knowledge in field assessment
- Strong knowledge of the principles of organisation and administration
- Strong knowledge in producing accurate and well documented reports
- Good analytical skills and analysing data
- Strong time management capabilities
- Very good relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Great understanding of policies, procedures and work methods
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
