Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and fill Social individual files for beneficiaries
  • Participate in the yearly participatory diagnosis
  • Prepare and update database on health, social and educational status of beneficiaries
  • Register beneficiaries and orient them to programs
  • Coordinate with outreach unit and community centers
  • Follow up on beneficiary’s status
  • Execute Social interventions on group community level  
  • Follow up the beneficiaries in training classes
  • Attend periodic meetings with team members
  • Monitor the attitude of trainers with trainees
  • Participate in the evaluation of the Unit specific objectives and achievements
  • Propose constantly activities with beneficiaries upon area needs assessment
  • Submit bi-weekly reports to the MEAL team
  • Participate in different training sessions executed within the Unit
  • Draft the annual report of her/is activities
  • Others tasks f assigned by the head of unit or MEAL team

Required Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or any related field

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in Social intervention

  • Strong knowledge of the principles of organisation and administration
  • Strong knowledge in producing accurate and well documented reports
  • Good analytical skills and analysing data
