Invitation To Bid: Refreshment

Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is a regional non-profit community development organization that works with disenfranchised communities through education, youth volunteerism, and grassroots organizing. Our approach encompasses an array of programs and initiatives that deal with issues prioritized by the local community and strengthen agency among beneficiaries. Ruwwad improves resilience and access to livelihood programs in host communities that have shouldered the heaviest burden of the Syrian refugee crisis, whilst themselves being among the most disenfranchised and marginalized communities in Lebanon. Ruwwad Community Center is located between Bab al Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen, two neighborhoods with a history of violent sectarian conflicts, with recent outbreaks of armed conflict related to the Syrian civil war, and among the most poverty stricken and marginalized communities in Lebanon.

1. Requirement:

Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is inviting you to apply your proposal on refreshment tender. The specs required are as follows:

1. Terms of Payment:

• USD Cheque payment, after receiving the goods, all required documents mentioned below and signing the contract.

1. Required documents:

• Official quotation including the registration number of the ministry of finance and VAT if applicable.
• Signed purchase order offered by Ruwwad Al Tanmeya.
• Copy of the official paper of registration in the ministry of finance and VAT.
• Official voucher (signed and stamped).
• Official receipt (signed and stamped).

1. Contract Term:

• The contract will be completed on the successful delivery of all deliverables.

1. Other terms and conditions:

• Quotation should be signed and stamped.
• The required Laptops must have the same specifications mentioned above.
• Specifying of the warranty period for laptops required.
• Registration number in the ministry of finance should be mentioned in the quotation.
• Price should be in USD.
• Please make sure that any additional fees (Delivery fees, TVA, ...) will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

1. Deadline:

• Closing date for submitting the tender is 15^th of November 2020. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Remark: Ruwwad Al Tanmeya reserve the right to reject any proposal that is missing any of  the terms or required documents mentioned above.
