Research Triangle Institute (RTI) implementing the USAID-funded QITABI 3 Activity, formally invites interested bidders to submit proposals to conduct a “Long Term Office Space Lease in Beirut-Lebanon". Preferable Sin El Fil Area/Vicinity. The requested space is around 450-600sqm.

Interested bidders should email Procurement@qitabi3.org between 11 January and 18 January to receive the RFQ, including scope of work, specifications, and terms & conditions.
Final bids must be submitted by email to Procurement@qitabi3.org, in addition to a copy delivered, in sealed envelopes, to QITABI 3 Beirut offices [6th floor, Azar bldg. Dmitri Hayek Roundabout (facing Habtoor Hotel), Sin El Fil, Beirut] no later than Friday, February 02, 5:00 PM Beirut time.
