Right to Play Lebanon seeks a dynamic consultant to provide coaching, counselling and support to the team while creating a space for individual reflections and group interactions. These sessions will be given to professionals and managers who work with vulnerable communities and who already have expertise in delivering life skills trainings and coaching different partners, teachers and coaches.  
1. Objectives  The aim of this consultancy is to provide coaching and support to the teams who work with challenging and vulnerable communities and are exposed to stress from a variety of sources. The main purpose is to help the team manage extreme levels of stress and burn-out, through group and individual sessions. An overarching coaching framework should be established in order to tackle worries, fears and anxieties in a positive manner especially in the time of COVID-19, remote work and socio-economic pressures.

2. Responsibilities, tasks and deliverables

 To conduct group sessions with staff in order to empower them to deal with stress during their daily work and explore ways that can enhance their personal care and development.

 To conduct individual counselling sessions with staff expressing willingness to do so, in order to support them to deal with challenges and provide different ways to respond.

 To set an action plan for self-care and successfully reach the objectives of this plan.

 To help the team positively and effectively deal with their stress and respond to their own wellbeing.

 To report on progress, while maintaining confidentiality, to CD/People and Culture/Line Manager. 

5. Qualifications of the consultant Essential experience:

 10 years’ experience in the provision of coaching /social animation/Social work or any related discipline;

  Experience working in psychosocial support, gender equality and child protection programmes and with caseworkers;  

 Excellent training and facilitation skills. Competency profile:

 Unit price: One group session for (10-15 participants)

 Unit price: One –on –one session  The letter should also include the MOF registration if applicable and should be signed and dated. In the letter, please explain the methodology/approach that will be used for group and individual coaching, since this would be one of the criteria for selection.
