Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors to promote good procurement practice with regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.

Assess with internal team members (operational staff) to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements

Organize procurement processes including the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs), Invitation to Bids (ITBs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals.

Coordinate, facilitate and implement procurement activities, in a timely manner, based on procurement plans and available budget.

Receive orders from various departments, initiate and keep track of orders, receive, inspect, and distribute orders, reconcile or resolve order discrepancies.

Maintain contracts/agreements with vendors.

Prepare quality PO related to the daily purchases, Petty cash and the respective receiving notes in a timely manner.

Support Restart’s stock manager in all activities related to Stock management and inventory control.

Maintain proper and accurate files and documents to be easily retrievable.

Coordinate with IT provider on all office equipment and IT related issues; network problems, printer problem, laptops needs updates or windows.

Control Laboratory and radiology contract through comparing each beneficiary statement with every test conducted to the prices list in the contract.

• Relevant University Degree/qualifications in logistics, trading, business or any relevant field Qualifications: • 3-4 years of experience in logistics and procurement in for-profit or non-for-profit sector • Good knowledge of the social and economic Lebanese context and the Lebanese market • Team spirit, high ethical standards and coordination skills • Good knowledge in the use of spreadsheets and database packages; • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; • Ability to extract and interpret data; • Ability to administer and execute administrative processes and transactions; • Ability to perform work of confidential nature and handle a large volume of work; • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
