Restart Center for Rehabilitation of Victims of Violence and Torture invites qualified Vendors to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for, LABORATORY and RADIOLOGY SERVICES iin BEIRUT as listed in Annex A.1 and Annex A.2 which set out the exact technical requirements.
Restart Center may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of 1 year, potentially extendable for 2-year period subject to the satisfactory vendor’s performance and availability of funds.
