The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to recruit a “Psychometric Assessment Expert” for “Alternatives to Combat Exploitive Child Labour through Empowerment and Sustainable Services – ACCESS-Lebanon” Project supported by RDPP Lebanon in partnership with Plan International.

The psychometric assessment expert will be responsible of conducting psychometric assessment to adolescents and caregivers outreached from Akkar, Tripoli and Zahlé 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Draft a concise psychometric assessment tailored to the targeted age group adolescents (14 - 18) and adults taking into consideration that additional open-ended questions might be posed for verifying the consistency of given information.
  • Conduct psychometric assessment for adolescents (14 - 18) and adults
  • Share on a weekly basis, with the line manager, updates on the conducted assessments.
  • Refer (where applicable) assessed youth to additional services offered by RMF.
  • Submit a final report on the tackled results, recommendations, and referrals where applicable to line manager along with the collected data.

Education Degree Details: 

  • BA in Social science related fields.
