Red Oak is a humanitarian, developmental and cultural non-profit organization established in Lebanon in 2017. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides support in child protection activities planned by the organization
Implement outreach initiatives within target communities
Help in the active involvement of target communities with a participatory approach
Make sure beneficiaries are on time
Maintain organized and protected database and beneficiary data
Co-facilitate and attend group sessions when needed
Execute any requested task from trainer and supervisor during the sessions
Follow up on the outline of the session in coordination with the trainer
Perform any duties assigned by the coordinator
Work in office and on the field upon requirement
Timely identify, inform, and discuss any issues with his/her supervisor
Attend meetings and trainings
EXPERIENCE:
University degree in psychology, social work, education, social sciences and/or other relevant degrees.
Experience in working with children in emergency context, preferably with an NGO.
At least one-year experience in similar jobs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail with strong follow up
Team-oriented, with ability to work efficiently independently
Have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others
Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
