The consultant will be expected to perform the following tasks:

Produce 1 video, including script writing, videography, editing, audio balancing, sub-titling, format exporting, and archiving raw and edited work, adhering to Peace Labs' standards.

All videos must meet high-quality standards to effectively represent the organization.

Use their own HD quality video camera and professional editing software.

Edit footage according to the approved script and guidelines provided by Peace Labs, ensuring the final product meets professional standards.

Record and edit narration/voiceover as necessary, following guidance from the relevant Peace Labs focal person.

Embed subtitles in the video as required.

Ensure appropriate Peace Labs branding and acknowledge ownership for the produced videos.

 

Required Profile:

Contractors should have the following qualifications:

Minimum five years of experience in videography/video editing, with a strong editing background.

Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, producing, and editing short videos. Experience in social, humanitarian, and development subjects is preferred.

Previous experience working with UN agencies and INGOs is advantageous.
