Peace of Art is launching a tender for the purchase of Musical Instruments.

The procurement team will be receiving the quotations and will be choosing the supplier based on the most competitive pricing.

• Audio (XLR) Cable (Quantity: 4)
• Audio DAW Software (Cubase Pro 10.5) + Halion 6 Library (Quantity: 1)
• FL Studio 20 Producer Edition (Quantity: 1)
• Audio Mixer: Should be able to connect at least 5 input instruments or microphones) (Quantity: 1)
• Audio Recording Headphones: Preferably Noise Canceling and wired  (Quantity: 2)
• Audio System Set: For external performances and should include 2 or more amplifier Speakers + Speaker Stands + Cables (Quantity: 1)
• Guitar Cable: 3 meters or longer (Quantity: 4)   
• Keyboard Cable: 3 meters or longer (Quantity: 2)
• Loop Station Compact Phrase Recorder Pedal (Quantity: 2)
• MIDI Controller/pad (Quantity: 1)
• Nord Electro 6D 73 workstation Keyboard + Soft Case (Quantity: 1)
• Recording Audio Set: Includes: Audio Interface, headphones, condenser mic, pop filter, cables… (Quantity: 1)
• Stage Dynamic Microphone Set for live performances   (Quantity: 6)

Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT included. The quotes must include a letter-head showing the company's name, phone number, and email.

Suppliers will be notified with the results within 10 days after the deadline of submission (24th of September 2020).

Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competative price aligning with the specifications requested by the call. Payment will be in cash as fresh money (USD).

Suppliers are required to have:

- Company License Registration

- Commercial Registration

- Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance

- Certificate of registration with VAT
