JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Wake up all juveniles at eight o'clock in the morning to start their day
• Be with them during the four meals and help them acquire table manners.
• Be present with them during the completion of the tasks twice a day, in the morning and after eating.
• Ensure that their rooms and closets are in properly arranged.
• Take care of arranging their external appearance and personal hygiene.
• Manage the task of washing juvenile clothes according to a specific program appointed by the program officer.
• Record the needs of the juveniles and the center on a weekly basis and give them to the Correctional Center Project Coordinator.
• Deal with minors in a diplomatic manner, far from violent behavior
• Integrate new juveniles and inspect their personal belongings.
• Cooperate with the Correctional Center Project Coordinator and inform them directly of any emergency or strange events.
• Send daily and detailed report on the course of the day.
• Accompany juveniles outside the center and to specialists when needed.
• Build a calm and loving spirit between all minors.
• Act with justice and balance between all minors, without discrimination.
• Support management in intervening when needed in cases of emergency.
