NRC is seeking your quotation to procure ICT Equipment (laptops, peripherals, AutoCAD licenses, mobile phones).

SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the tender is 18 December 2023, at 9:00 AM Beirut Time. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

All bids received and accepted will be evaluated based on the Least Cost Selection Process as follows:
Step 1: Administrative compliance check: Each bid will be checked to ensure compliance with all the RFQ requirements.
Step 2: Technical Evaluation: All bids will be technically evaluated based on information submitted in Annex 1
Step 3: Financial Evaluation: Price in comparison to NRC established expectation and in comparison, to other bidders of comparable technical quality. least priced Offer will be awarded after passing the Administrative and Technical check. All Listed items should be quoted Bids with Missing Items pricing will be disqualified.
