NRC: Provision of Solar Pumping Facility for the Water Well at Haret Al Naameh– Mount Lebanon CONTRACT REF : 23-BML-0001
1. TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) is willing to assist in the improvement of water access to serve the inhabitants of Haret Al Naameh neighborhood.
As part of NRC’s Wash Program currently being implemented in the Beirut- Mount Lebanon region of Lebanon, an agreement was reached between the Naameh Municipality and NRC to design, provide and install a solar pumping facility for the existing water well at Haret Al Naameh to minimize the impact of water shortage and mitigate the risk of electricity cut off and fuel shortage along with increasing water supply hours and reducing financial burdens.

3. MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified. Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system. If you need to re-submit your offer, please add #2 after Company name and only the latest submission will be considered.

4. MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
You are required to attend a mandatory site visit on the 4th of April 2023 for your bid to be accepted. The Bidder should send to NRC a scanned copy of the IDs of the people that will be attending the site visit, 4 days prior to the scheduled visit time. This would facilitate the access to the area as it is a military restricted area (to be taken in consideration during the implementation as well). The IDs should be sent to the following e-mail address ([email protected]) with the following e-mail title “Naameh Solar Pumping Station Site Visit).
If you fail to share the IDs with us, then you will not be able to attend the site visit.
5. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Deadline for bids submission of bids is the 24th of April 2022 at 16:00 Beirut Timing
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
