ABOUT THE TENDER

NRC funded Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) is seeking to engage contractors to rehabilitate a 31 of the identified shelters in North area.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Tender Pack that includes the  “ITB” documents along with other related annexes will provide all relevant information in details, bill of quantities, scope of work, date, time, and the work sites. It also detail the bidding process, date and place of submission of the Tender, and can be requested until the closing date of requesting tender documents by sending an email mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: [email protected]  

 

ELIGIBILE BIDDERS

 

Eligible bidders are:

Qualified Lebanese Contractors in civil and construction works, are able to mobilize and start the works within

Required Experience: At least two successfully handed over projects similar in nature and complexity in the last five years.

How to apply

TENDER PROCESS and SUBMISSION.

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:

 

NRC North Office, Finance Dpt. 3rd  flr.,  Basatin Trablos 4150 Building,  Rass El Sakher Street, Tripoli.

 

Interested Contractors must attend the mandatory site visit that will be facilitated by NRC in one of the identified shelter in Baddawi Camp (Norh Lebanon). Details of the visit will be shared in the ITB.

 

CLOSING DATE:

  • Closing date for requesting the Tender Pack is 24 September 2020 at 4:00PM promptly
  • Mandatory site visit for all interested contractors is on 25 September 2020  at 12:00 PM.
  • Closing date for submitting bids is 2 October 2020 at 12:00 PM.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Works are expected to start mid-October, 2020.
