Senior Fundraising and Reporting Officer
The Senior Fundraising and Reporting Officer is responsible for Ensuring sustainability of organizational budget in coordination with the Programs Manager
Researching and identifying potential donors and partners.
- Drafting letters of inquiry, concept notes, and funding applications as necessary.
- Managing ongoing portfolio of donors for current projects (progress and final reporting, no-cost extension requests, contract addendums, etc.).
- Ensuring smooth communication between MS and donors: sharing briefs on supported projects on a regular basis.
- Ensuring reporting is done on time with proper internal review by relevant staff and Mangers.
- Assisting the team in providing adequate data for reporting on monthly and quarterly basisby providing the necessary tools and templates.
- Report periodically and ad hoc to Executive Responsible on essential matters and activities related to the unit and formulate recommendations on how to improve processes and simplify them.
Education/Years of Expertise:
Master’s degree in social sciences or relevant discipline with 3 years of experience in writing and proposals development and project management fields
OR
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in writing reports and proposals development and project management fields
Knowledge:
- NGOs business environment in Lebanon
- Donors environment and principles
- Knowledge of planning, monitoring, evaluation and strategic planning
- Fundraising and project management principles
