Key Responsibilities

Outreach and Beneficiary Management

  • Review and verify the list of outreach beneficiaries for CBT (Competency-Based Training) classes to ensure eligibility and inclusion criteria are met.
  • Collaborate with social workers and field teams to update beneficiary records as required.

CBT Class Implementation

  • Supervise the implementation of CBT classes, ensuring that sessions are delivered according to project standards and timelines.
  • Regularly report on class progress, challenges, and achievements to the Project Coordinator.

Cash for Work (CfW) Activity Supervision

  • Oversee the Cash for Work activities, ensuring they are conducted in line with the project’s guidelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with social workers to monitor the activity and ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards.

4. Sustainable Job Matching

  • Follow up on sustainable job matching initiatives, ensuring beneficiaries are placed in suitable roles.
  • Maintain relationships with employers and beneficiaries to facilitate successful job placements and address challenges.

5. Awareness and Training on Decent Work Conditions

  • Conduct sessions to educate beneficiaries on decent work conditions, labor rights, and workplace safety.
  • Provide informational materials and facilitate discussions to promote understanding and compliance with decent work principles.

6. Field Data Management and Analysis

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of field data into the project’s database.
  • Analyze collected data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.​​​​​​​
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Project Coordinator, highlighting key insights and recommendations.​​​​​​​

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of fieldwork experience, preferably in livelihoods, community development, or cash-based programs.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Kobo).
  • Knowledge of decent work principles and labor rights.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic
