  • Provide clear intervention strategies in line with the relevant internal procedures and national standard operating procedures to ensure that all high-risk children’s cases are evaluated and followed up within confidential and closed interviews.
  • Ensure that all relevant forms and templates are updated and confidential information is protected; plan in an efficient manner all daily, weekly and monthly interventions related to ongoing cases and maintain necessary follow-up steps;
  • In coordination with the responsible in each center, follow the content of the sessions; Ensure that all home and / or institutional visits are assigned, to achieve goals, and that all relevant documents are updated;
  • Ensure that all external and internal referrals are correctly identified and that all relevant documents are updated;
  • Ensure all social medical interventions, individually and / or in groups, as defined by the intervention strategy in line with internal operational procedures;
  • Supervising the proper evaluation and treatment of all beneficiaries' needs in terms of education, technical training and / or psychosocial skills;
  • Effective coordination with the counselor and / or any other member of the team in order to provide the best services through case management and related psychosocial support
  • Apply the collective work system under the guidance of the Protection Sector Coordinator, when necessary.
  • Follow up with the team and submit the necessary monthly and quarterly reports
