In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the ministerial decree to stop all gatherings and pause all TVET activities, Mercy Corps is seeking to contract consultant firms and/or service providers (private institutions, non-governmental organizations, Technical Schools/Institutions, and specialized firms), employment agencies or Individual trainers to provide an online life skills remote training to provide a Life skills (employability) course and employ 35% of each graduating class.
