Mercy Corps is seeking to contract consultant firms and/or service providers (private institutions, non-governmental organizations, Technical Schools/Institutions, and specialized firms), or Individual trainers/consultants/professionals in the relevant field to provide a vocational training skills course and employ 35% of each graduating class.
