- Develop the training material as needed
- Suggest training methodologies
- Suggest evaluation forms and techniques-Develop a detailed evaluation of the modules
- Develop training workshop reports with recommendations for further learning activities
- Provide technical advice and support to participants during the training/workshop
- Submit weekly and monthly attendance sheet

Submit a final report on the implementation of the tasks after finishing the training sessions.

- Ability to commit to delivering an average of 4 training hours per day, 5 days a week
- University degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/ training experience
- Extensive experience in working with youth (capacity building)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Proven and demonstrated broad knowledge of and ability to utilize education principles, methods, and techniques

Excellent communication and written skills
